Can you process our existing archive?

Yes, in batch. Archives are usually where the variety is worst — decades of plan styles from hundreds of sources — so a tuned model matters more here than almost anywhere else. Send a sample that includes the ugly ones.

Is the output good enough to publish?

Not unconditionally, and you should not want it to be. The output carries confidence per field so you can publish what clears your bar and route the rest to review. Where a plan has no scale note, areas come back flagged rather than estimated.
