Privacy notice

The site is a set of static pages. It collects nothing on its own until you submit a form. Two third-party services do run on it, and both are described below.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which are ignored. It sets cookies and records the pages you visit, your approximate location from your IP address, and technical details about your browser. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. If you would rather not be counted, browser-level tracking protection or Google's own opt-out add-on will exclude you.

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It loads only when you reach or focus a form, not on page load.

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email. We receive what you typed, the page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters that were on the URL when you first arrived.

We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

A drawing sent for a free analysis is used to produce that analysis and for nothing else. It is not used to train models for other clients, and it is not shared outside the team working on it.

The same applies to drawings shared during a project: client drawings train that client's models only. We sign an NDA on request before anything is shared, and a mutual NDA is the normal starting point for project work.

If you want a drawing deleted after we have replied, ask and we will delete it and confirm.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as it is useful to remember it. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. Project material is governed by the agreement covering that project.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email consult@axcelerate.ai and we will act on it. We will not make you justify the request.
