Floor Plan Analyzer is a trading name of AxcelerateAI. AxcelerateAI is the contracting party on any agreement, and the entity you would be dealing with commercially.

Send one drawing sheet through the form and we will run it through our base models — the models we have already trained on floor plans generally — and send back the extracted data with an annotated overlay, normally within about two business days. There is no charge and no obligation either way.

It has not been tuned for you. Every project fine-tunes those models on that client's own drawings. The free analysis exists so you can judge feasibility on your own material; it is not a sample of finished work, and not a statement of what a tuned model would produce.

We may decline a request, or reply to say that what you want is not achievable from the drawing you sent. We will always say which.

You keep all rights in the drawings you send. You confirm you are entitled to share them with us for this purpose.

We use your drawing to produce your analysis, and for nothing else. It is not used to train models for other clients. See the privacy notice for the detail, and ask for an NDA before sending anything if you would prefer one in place first.

Nothing produced by our models is a professional certification. Compliance findings, quantity takeoffs and drawing reviews are inputs to a qualified person's judgement, not substitutes for it.

Accuracy varies with the drawing. Output should be reviewed before it is relied on for pricing, construction or regulatory submission, and our systems are built to make that review possible rather than to remove it.

The free analysis is provided as it is, without warranty, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it. Liability under a paid engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

The text, images and diagrams on this site belong to AxcelerateAI. The drawing images shown are outputs from our own work. You are welcome to quote or link to any of it with attribution.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where AxcelerateAI is established. Project agreements may specify a different jurisdiction, and where they do, they govern.
